Embold Health hosted a webinar discussion focusing on the elusive search for the “best” doctor. With the proliferation of solutions aimed at identifying high performing physicians, the panelists from Walmart, Aon and BayCare Health discussed what is driving demand for these services, how to evaluate various solutions and provide prospective from inside the large health systems that have to react to them.
The panel debated a range of strategic implications raised by these solutions and provided practical advice to employers who want to dramatically improve the care delivered to their employees. Changes in benefit design and member steerage, based on actionable data, were among the potential strategies that are within reach for organizations looking to make meaningful change.
