The Client Advisory Board brought together prominent clients, industry experts, and several of Embold's top executives. The agenda comprised a series of interactive sessions, workshops, and presentations designed to encourage open dialogue and collaboration. Attendees discussed topics such as the data science of provider quality measurement, engagement strategies to support employees, and the importance of responsibly using artificial intelligence.

During the forum, Embold's leadership was proud to gather input on product development and initiatives. "We're honored to get feedback directly from our clients. Our goal is to foster a collaborative environment where they can actively contribute ideas and recommendations to shape Embold's future innovations. At the end of the day, they're not just our clients, they're our partners," said Embold's VP of Client Success, Karen Coleman.

Embold looks forward to continuing this shared commitment to excellence and collaboration in future Client Advisory Boards.
