The forum, “Walmart Takes the High Road with High Performance Networks (HPN)” addresses head on the challenges that employers are facing with constrained budgets, a changed workplace due to COVID, worsening health conditions, and continued increases in healthcare costs unhinged from quality.

Lisa Woods, Walmart’s VP of Physical & Emotional Wellbeing, followed with an overview of their quality-first approach to healthcare for their team. Lisa then dove into their high-performance multi-specialty provider networks and the ongoing benefits they are realizing from that work.
