Embold Health’s Provider Guide was incorporated into the State of Connecticut’s member digital experience through their healthcare navigation partner, Quantum Health. Provider Guide is now helping members find top-performing doctors for their healthcare needs. The State’s Providers of Distinction program, highlighted within Provider Guide, is a cornerstone of the partnership, spotlighting high-performing providers and empowering members with confidence in their choices.

The results speak for themselves: average savings of more than $1,300 - $1,600 per procedure in certain care categories, reduced unnecessary hip and knee joint replacement surgeries, and lower rates of opioid prescribing.  Just as importantly, members are using the tool in record numbers—tens of thousands of provider searches in the first year alone yielding engagement in 27% of the State’s covered members.

But the real story isn’t just about the numbers. It’s about how state leaders, provider groups, and Embold Health, now a Quantum Health company, worked together to build a system grounded in trust, transparency, and clinical rigor.
